My work combines Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) with principles from Energy Psychology to help you identify and clear the emotional patterns driving anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling stuck. Rather than working only with thoughts, we work directly with the body and nervous systemβwhere stress responses, limiting beliefs, and protective patterns are often held.

About me
Hi, Iβm Ruth.
Iβm a Clinical EFT Practitioner & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner. I work with high-functioning, self-aware people who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, anxiety, and self-doubtβespecially when, on the surface, life looks like it should be working.
Most of the people I work with already understand themselves. Theyβve done the thinking, the reading, the reflecting. But theyβre still caught in the same internal responsesβhesitation, pressure, holding back, not following through.
Thatβs where this work comes in.
I combine evidence-based EFT (tapping) with nervous system regulation and somatic awareness to help clear the emotional patterns driving those responses. This isnβt about analysing things further or pushing for change. Itβs about working with your system, so change actually becomes possibleβand sustainable.
Before this work, I spent many years in the creative industry as a Producer, including at Nike, as well as with independent studios and artists. I understand the pressure of high-functioning environments, and what itβs like to appear capable while quietly struggling underneath.
My own experience with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and grief is what led me here. Itβs also why I work the way I do: grounded, honest, and focused on real changeβnot surface-level fixes.

What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often known as βtappingβ, is an evidence-based approach within energy psychology that combines gentle acupoint stimulation with focused emotional processing.
Research shows EFT can significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress, trauma, and low mood.
By tapping on specific points on the body while bringing attention to a thought, feeling, or memory, the nervous system begins to settle. This allows the brain to update how it respondsβso patterns that once felt automatic can start to shift. In simple terms, it helps your system feel safe enough to let go of what it no longer needs to hold.
Studies have also linked EFT to reduced cortisol levels, improved emotional regulation, and changes in how the brain processes stress.
Matrix Reimprinting
Matrix Reimprinting builds on EFT by gently working with past experiences that may still be influencing how you feel today.
Using a combination of tapping and guided visualisation, we can revisit these moments safely, reduce their emotional intensity, and begin to create new, more supportive beliefs.
This allows the past to feel resolved, rather than something that continues to shape your present.
