Hi, I'm Ruth.

For nearly twenty years I worked in high-pressure creative environments where deadlines, visibility and performance were simply part of everyday life.

From the outside, life looked successful.

Behind the scenes, I experienced many of the same struggles my clients face today: anxiety, burnout, self-doubt and the frustrating feeling that no amount of thinking seemed to create lasting change.

Discovering Clinical EFT changed that.

Today I help clients around the world work with the emotional patterns beneath anxiety, perfectionism, visibility fears and self-doubt through one-to-one sessions, workshops and retreats.
