We’ll explore how anxious attachment can develop, why it makes sense from a nervous system perspective, and how to begin softening self-blame and emotional hyper-vigilance. Through five calming rounds of tapping, you’ll be guided to reconnect with safety, self-reassurance, and steadier inner ground. This session is suitable for a group setting and does not involve revisiting specific memories. You’re invited to tap along at your own pace and take only what feels supportive.
