Deep, Focused, Lasting Change
Choosing to begin this work is not a small step.
It’s a commitment to looking honestly at what’s no longer working, and deciding you’re ready for something different.
The relationship we build is central. You need to feel safe, understood, and respected. That’s why I offer a free initial call — a relaxed 20-minute conversation where you can ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and sense whether we’re the right fit.
If We Decide to Begin
Our first session is a 60-90 minute consultation. This gives us space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface — the patterns, emotional triggers, beliefs and nervous system responses that are shaping your current experience.
After that, sessions are 60 minutes and held weekly at the same time each week.
While some people come for short-term support around a specific issue, real and lasting change happens through consistency. I work with a minimum commitment of six sessions, because anything less often only scratches the surface.
However, the deepest shifts tend to happen when we work together for at least six months. This allows time to:
Unpick long-standing emotional patterns
Rewire limiting beliefs at a nervous system level
Build new internal safety and self-trust
Integrate change rather than just understand it intellectually

Single Session – £80 (60–75 mins)
A focused deep-dive to uncover patterns, calm anxiety, and create immediate clarity.
Ongoing Weekly Sessions (minimum 6 sessions) — £70 (60-75mins)
* I offer a small number of reduced-fee places for students or those on lower incomes. Please enquire about availability.

A monthly EFT tapping space to help you feel safe being seen.
A small, supportive group for adults ready to feel safe being seen.
We meet once a month to explore the emotional patterns that hold you back — perfectionism, self‑doubt, fear of judgement, and resistance to visibility — and release them gently with Clinical EFT, nervous system regulation, and energy psychology tools.
You’ll experience both group and occasional 1:1 tapping, with the opportunity to share your experience and challenges - purely optional! All versions of you are welcome.
