Work with me
Real change takes more than one conversation.
That's why I offer both individual sessions and longer-term support, depending on where you are and what you need.
Single session
£90
A focused one-to-one session for a specific issue, emotional response, or pattern you’d like to begin working with.
This is a good starting point if you’re new to EFT or Matrix Reimprinting and want to experience how the work feels before committing to a series.
In one session, we can begin to reduce emotional intensity, bring clarity to what may be sitting beneath the surface, and identify the pattern your nervous system has been holding.
Clinical EFT Reset
6 x sessions – £540
A focused series of sessions for high-functioning adults who want to work beneath anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, perfectionism, or visibility fears.
Across six sessions, we use Clinical EFT and, where appropriate, Matrix Reimprinting to identify the emotional roots of the pattern, reduce the charge held in the body, and create a steadier internal response.
This is the recommended place to start if you’re ready to move beyond short-term relief and begin creating meaningful, lasting change,
Deeper Support
12 x Clinical EFT Sessions – £990
For those who are ready for a deeper and more sustained process.
This longer container gives us space to work across multiple connected patterns — such as anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, people-pleasing, visibility fears, boundaries, or unresolved experiences that continue to shape how you feel and respond.
Using Clinical EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, we work steadily and safely with the emotional material held in the body and nervous system, allowing deeper patterns to soften and new responses to become more available.
This option is best suited to clients who know the issue is not isolated and want consistent practitioner-led support over time.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A single session can be good to find a moment of calm, reduce anxiety or get clarity on a particular matter.
Working with me for 3-4 sessions can often bring resolution and freedom from a specific one-off event - car accident, work moment, attack etc.
For deeply embedded behavioural patterns or childhood trauma, most clients work with me for at least 6 sessions, often longer, over 3-6 months. This allows us to move beyond immediate symptoms and begin shifting the deeper patterns behind them.

There are no known contraindications to using EFT.
However, only qualified mental health professionals should apply EFT on those suffering from severe psychological disorders such as DID, schizophrenia etc.
Some clients may experience an abreaction (where a repressed memory or overwhelming emotion is triggered) during a session but a Practitioner will be able to manage this regardless of whether they are working with the client face to face or online. Practitioners have a range of techniques to choose from to help regulate emotional overwhelm.

Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), involves using fingertips to tap on specific acupressure points on the face and body, often producing a "releasing" sensation, similar to the relief felt after a long exhale or a good cry.
Here’s what tapping feels like physically -
Calming and Rhythmic: The steady tapping acts as a signal of safety to the nervous system, reducing the "fight-or-flight" response.
Soothing Touch: Similar to rubbing your own arm or petting an animal, the tactile stimulation is inherently regulating.
Releasing Tension: As you tap through the points, you may feel a release of tightness in the chest, shoulders, or body.
Physical Releases: It is common to experience yawns, sighs, sneezes, or even stomach rumbling as the nervous system relaxes.
Vibrational or Tingling: Some people feel a slight tingling or "energy" movement at the tapping sites.
