Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful adults who appear to be functioning well — successful in their careers, creative in their work, or deeply reflective — yet privately experience anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or a sense of being held back by patterns they can’t quite shift.
Often, they already understand these patterns intellectually. They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, perhaps even tried other forms of personal development. But something deeper still feels stuck.
I work with you to access and release the emotional roots of these patterns so change becomes embodied rather than forced.

This work focuses on the emotional and energetic patterns held in the body, rather than just thoughts or behaviours. By working with the roots of your patterns, change can be deeper, more sustainable, and transformative.
Beginning the process
Starting this kind of work is a meaningful step, and the relationship between practitioner and client matters. Feeling safe and understood is essential.
For that reason, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. This gives you space to share what’s bringing you here, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
If we decide to begin, our first session is a deeper consultation, where we explore what’s currently happening and what you would like to change. From there, we move into weekly sessions, designed to support lasting change.
Sessions
While some people come for short-term support around a specific issue, lasting change usually happens through consistency. For this reason, I ask clients to begin with a minimum commitment of six sessions. This allows us to move beyond surface-level issues and work with the deeper emotional patterns.
Many clients choose to continue beyond this initial period. In my experience, the most meaningful and stable shifts emerge when we work together over several months or longer.
Sessions are held online and last 60-75 minutes.
