Work with me
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who appear to be functioning well—but privately feel held back by anxiety, self-doubt, or patterns they can’t quite shift.
Often, they already understand these patterns intellectually. They’ve done the reading, the thinking, the personal development—but something deeper still feels stuck.
My work focuses on gently accessing and releasing the emotional roots of these patterns, so change becomes embodied rather than something you have to force.
How this work helps
Our sessions focus on gently working with the emotional patterns held in your body and nervous system—rather than trying to think or push your way through them.
Using a combination of Clinical EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, and nervous system regulation, we begin to soften the protective responses that keep these patterns in place.
Clients often experience:
A greater sense of calm and steadiness
Less overthinking and self-doubt
More clarity and confidence in decisions
The ability to move forward without force or pressure
Starting the process
Beginning this kind of work is a meaningful step, and it’s important that it feels like the right fit for you.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call where you can share what’s bringing you here, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work.
If you’re new to EFT, you’re very welcome to begin with a single session to experience the work before deciding whether to continue.
What to expect
While a single session can bring relief or clarity, most clients work with me for at least 6 sessions. This allows us to move beyond immediate symptoms and begin shifting the deeper patterns behind them.
We typically start with weekly sessions, creating consistency and support as change begins to unfold.

There are no known contraindications to using EFT.
However, only qualified mental health professionals should apply EFT on those suffering from severe psychological disorders such as DID, schizophrenia etc.
Some clients may experience an abreaction (where a repressed memory or overwhelming emotion is triggered) during a session but a Practitioner will be able to manage this regardless of whether they are working with the client face to face or online. Practitioners have a range of techniques to choose from to help regulate emotional overwhelm.

Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), involves using fingertips to tap on specific acupressure points on the face and body, often producing a "releasing" sensation, similar to the relief felt after a long exhale or a good cry.
Here’s what tapping feels like physically -
Calming and Rhythmic: The steady tapping acts as a signal of safety to the nervous system, reducing the "fight-or-flight" response.
Soothing Touch: Similar to rubbing your own arm or petting an animal, the tactile stimulation is inherently regulating.
Releasing Tension: As you tap through the points, you may feel a release of tightness in the chest, shoulders, or body.
Physical Releases: It is common to experience yawns, sighs, sneezes, or even stomach rumbling as the nervous system relaxes.
Vibrational or Tingling: Some people feel a slight tingling or "energy" movement at the tapping sites.

Emotional & Mental Health:
Anxiety and Stress: Lowers cortisol levels and promotes a state of calm.
Trauma and PTSD: Helps process traumatic memories and reduces emotional charge.
Phobias and Fears: Addresses specific fears such as public speaking or flying.
Depression: Can help manage symptoms of sadness and hopelessness.
Grief and Loss: Helps process intense emotions associated with loss.
Pain Management: Used to reduce chronic pain, including headaches and tension.
Physical Side Effects: Alleviates symptoms related to cancer treatment, such as fatigue, neuropathy, and hot flashes.
Sleep Improvement: Tapping before bed can improve sleep quality.
Weight Loss and Cravings: Helps manage emotional eating and food cravings.
Performance Anxiety: Used by athletes, artists, and professionals to improve focus and reduce pressure.
Self-Esteem: Helps to identify and remove limiting beliefs.
