Working together: What to expect
If you’re new to my practice, we’ll begin with a free, no-obligation 20-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to discuss your goals, explore what you can expect from sessions, and for you to ask any questions.
The process
At the core of our sessions is Clinical EFT ‘tapping,’ a powerful tool for emotional healing. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate other energy-based techniques such as Matrix Reimprinting, meditation, vagus nerve resets, and somatic practices. Every session is tailored to what feels most supportive in the moment.
How to get the most from sessions
Healing takes time, and it's important to go at a steady pace. While certain issues, such as cravings or phobias, may ease within a session or two, deeper work related to significant life events or trauma usually requires a longer commitment. To begin, I recommend a minimum of four sessions, with regular weekly or biweekly appointments for the best progress. Once we’ve built momentum, sessions can be scheduled as needed.
Availability
Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis rather than fixed time slots. I offer sessions five days a week, with flexible early morning and late evening slots to accommodate different time zones. My work is accredited and insured globally, and I regularly work with clients across the USA and Europe.

By the end of our session, you’ll feel grounded, present, and ready to face whatever comes next.
