Ruth comes to the world of EFT from a long-standing background in the creative industry. She is a passionate energy coach, dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome personal challenges and live authentically, Ruth is an accredited Clinical EFT Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, and Reiki II Healer. She blends her expertise in transformative Energy Psychology with a unique creative production and design background, guiding clients on a powerful journey of healing and self-discovery.

After leaving a successful corporate career as a Producer at Nike, Ruth found her calling in helping others break free from emotional blocks. Her unique system helps move clients from states of procrastination and stagnation into lives that are flourishing and true to their authentic selves.

Ruth's personal healing journey is at the core of her practice. Having overcome depression, anxiety, burnout, and grief, she deeply understands the frustration of feeling stuck and the desire for a more meaningful life. Through her own experience with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), she was able to address the root causes of her struggles, leading to profound emotional and mental shifts.

Now, Ruth is committed to providing the same transformative support for her clients, helping them break free from limitations and embrace their true selves.
